Ashley Taylor
The Business
I started Beauty by Ashley (Taylor) in 2018 after completing my Estheticians license. My goal was to marry my love for makeup with my passion for bringing out the best in people. I studied psychology for 4 years, completing my Bachelor's in the field was the push I needed to chase my dreams in helping others in a non-traditional way- using my artistry to connect with people.
Since starting the business, I've cherished the opportunity to collaborate with fellow artists, and today, I am thankful to lead a talented team of individuals who share in our creative journey.
BBAT has been recognized as The Knot's Best of Weddings in 2021, 2023, and 2024. We have also been voted Top 3 "Best Beauty Pro in the 904" by Premier Bride Magazine, and has been part of multiple publications such as PopSugar, Modern Weddings, and David's Bridal.
I'm honored to have been recognized as Folio Weekly's "Best of St. Augustine" in 2019, and a finalist in The Skin Games makeup competition in 2022 and 2023.
We strive to combine modern techniques with timeless beauty to create looks that you will cherish for a lifetime.

When I don't have a brush in my hand, you can most likely find me adventuring with my husband and rescue pups. I'm a Florida native with the travel bug. I've lived on both coasts of Florida and briefly in Colorado when I attended college.
You'll likely get to know me as a professional goof-ball. I am cool, calm, and collective when necessary, but I love to crack jokes and keep the "good vibes going".
