Do you travel outside of St. Augustine?

Definitely! We love to travel. Locations outside of St. Augustine may be subject to a travel supplement per artist.

How many artists are included?

For most events, one makeup artist and one hair stylist is included in base pricing. In rare circumstances, only one artist is needed. 

How do you accommodate large parties?

In some cases, multiple artists may be required for larger wedding parties. We have a small group of professionals who work seamlessly together to cater to parties of all sizes.

Can I book a preview (trial)?

Yes! While we don't require previews, we highly encourage them. This gives us an opportunity to get to know each other and a chance for you to make any adjustments to your wedding day look prior to the day of. This is a separate cost and we encourage you to book yours the day of a photo session so you can see how it photographs and wears throughout the day. 

How do I secure my date?

First: we are honored you picked us to be part of your day! A signed contract and non-refundable retainer is required to book your date. 

Do you require a minimum number of services?

On high volume requested dates, we require a minimum of 4 adult services. Most high volume dates are weekends in March-May, and September-December. In some cases, we offer flexibility for late finish times. 

Do I have to book you for makeup AND hair?

It is not required to book us for both hair and makeup services! We ask that if you choose our team for makeup, you do not hire another team for additional makeup services, and vice versa for hair. Creating cohesive looks is important to us, and we want to be able to provide the highest quality of looks amongst all like services. 

How long will it take?

A customized timeline will be sent to you once your contract and retainer has been received. Dependent on desired makeup look and hair style, we typically plan for 45 minutes per service with an hour per service for the bride. We also factor in a small buffer at the backend of our service completion for lipstick applications and final touch ups. So, for example: a party of bride + 4 (hair + makeup) we would need approximately four and a half hours.  

Are you LGBTQ+ friendly?

Absolutely! We believe love should be celebrated regardless of orientation and we would be honored to be part of your day.
